greg gibbs
Greg is based in Los Angeles and is a multi-disciplinary coach in the faith-based community. He holds a master’s degree in Systematic Theology and is a pastor, author, and consultant. He has been connected with the church for an over 30-year career. He is a native of Philadelphia and met his wife in college in Ohio. They raised four children in Michigan just outside of Detroit. He has served many roles, including Senior Pastor, and has been a consultant for over 20 years. He holds positions with multiple national consulting firms. Much of Greg's work in the faith-based community is an outgrowth of his experience with coaching on how to raise money. He has coached hundreds of churches around the country and recently has turned his attention to serve nonprofits as a fractional Chief Development Officer.
Since 2016, Greg has been serving on the team at Auxano and is a Senior Lead Navigator. He has facilitated a collaborative process with churches, organizations, and networks to discover a clear path forward. Using the tools created by the team at Auxano churches and nonprofits benefit from the most essential component of advancing a mission: being clear.

Angie Bartel
Angie has worked with nonprofit organizations for her entire career in communication, marketing, and fundraising. Born and raised in Latin America, the daughter of missionaries, she will always be a “third-culture kid” drawn to international missions.
Angie is a graduate of Biola University in La Mirada, California, and currently resides in the Dayton, Ohio, area. She holds a full time position in marketing and fundraising with a global jail and prison ministry and has served in the fundraising and development offices of multiple Christian colleges and a worldwide humanitarian organization.
Angie offers an understanding of the science of fundraising and donor engagement. Helping organizations combine that with the art of partnership development, transformation happens for both the donors and mission-oriented groups she advises.

Brooke Lenard
Brooke has been involved in church leadership for years and currently serves multiple roles. She is the associate pastor at The Well in Willow Park, Texas, as well as the Client Services Manager for Greg Gibbs and his company. Her theological training and leadership skills are highlighted in both roles.
A graduate of Nelson University with a degree in Church Ministry and a master’s in Church Management from SMU (Pony Up!), Brooke is dedicated to fostering healthy ministry environments of all forms.
Brooke married her high school sweetheart and fellow SMU alum, David, in 2013 and now their days are filled with keeping up with their busy, vehicle obsessed toddler, Brooks.

Kevin Howell
Kevin is a multi-decade professional in the faith-based space. He is a dynamic and results-driven fundraising advisor and is dedicated to making a lasting impact in the nonprofits he has served. He brings that experience to serve alongside Greg Gibbs as a Senior Consultant.
With development experience in higher education and those serving at-risk communities, he brings a keen understanding of the importance of relationships that drive financial support for non-profits.
Kevin has built and led teams mobilizing resources and relationships for local, national, and global organizations. Kevin and his wife, Vanessa, are raising their daughter in the Dayton, Ohio, area.

David Milroy
David Milroy
David was raised in Columbus, Ohio and has over twenty years of church leadership experience. He graduated from Miami (Oh) University, and after working for a few years in the business world, went on staff with Cru to serve in Denver with Here’s Life Inner City. After two years, he moved to New Jersey, where he attended Princeton Theological Seminary and earned his MDiv degree. Towards the end of his seminary education, he accepted a call to a small, newly planted church back in the Columbus area in 2004. Since then, David has been the lead pastor at New Albany Presbyterian Church where he has helped lead the capital campaigns of two separate church buildings.
David has been married to his wife Lia for over 27 years, and they have five amazing children – Hunter, daughter-in-law Grace, Isabella, Katherine and Annie. He owns a dog and two cats, hopefully the last pets he will ever own. David enjoys reading Reformed theology, Dostoyevsky novels, hobbit novels and elevenwarriors.com. He also enjoys running and cycling.

Krysta Baughman
Krysta has 20 years of experience in project management, nonprofit leadership, and executive support. She earned her BA from Michigan State University and her MPA from Oakland University. Over the years, she’s worked in the nonprofit, church, and private sectors, helping vision-minded leaders and organizations create the structure and systems they need to move their work forward. Krysta also has experience with program evaluation, development, communications, and board dynamics. Krysta is passionate about delivering clarity with kindness in all work, to ensure effective support to empower people and advance projects.
She lives in Detroit with her husband and four kids, and loves exploring all the culture and food the city has to offer.
